He/she should be able to stand up, sit, turn and lie down on his/her side stretched out comfortably. If you buy a crate for a puppy, please get one that will fit him/her as an adult. You'd better buy a crate with divider so you can expand the crate area as your puppy grows. If you are in doubt of size, please opt for the next size up. A crate slightly too large is better than one too small.


Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, contact with us within 10 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in original package. All the returned items must be new and unused. Customer is responsible for all the shipping cost that applied to either Exchange or Return situation.  Refund will be given back through the Paypal once the returned item is received and checked to satisfy the original condition. Refund will be given only when we receive the return items.
